A helping hand when you need it, “request support” from your community.
At some point, we all need a little help.
Being courageous and letting in support is ultimately the most important thing we can do for ourselves.
Lend a helping hand to someone in your community on the days you are able and willing to do so by “offering support”.
When we offer support to someone as an act of kindness the brain releases endorphins that can produce a positive feeling and help in reducing stress. Acts of kindness strengthen relationships. Being kind can make you feel “better as a person, more complete” and lead to feelings of happiness.
